Cowen v Martin heave – at the end of the day

Friday, January 21st, 2011

I’ve so much to catch up with including some pics from the last protest at the Dail from before Christmas and more since. They are processed but I haven’t posted them as I have intended to post them all in one post and just haven’t had the energy to get them up here. I also have some 365 pics to post, and to decide in reality am I going to be able to do it, never mind the fact that some of the pics I have taken on some days I just don’t like. So that may be a decision that I might revisit!

Anyway if you’re in Ireland you’ll know there’s an election so posting here might well affected but I’ll see what I can manage. In the meantime this pic is from the Micheal Martin v Cowen Fianna Fail heave and was left outside the Dail when I left that evening.

A busy time for Dail protests

Monday, December 13th, 2010

I’ve been putting off getting up the most recent Dail protest pics, there’s been so much happening its hard to keep up. There are a few weeks to catch up with so here goes before I leave it for another day. They are mostly in chronological order, well as far as my addled brain can work out. As ever there are loads more images on Pix.ie.

Dail protests; Oct 4th – Oct 7th 2010

Thursday, October 7th, 2010

Unfortunately this week I missed a protest against deportation, I heard them, ran out and by the time I got there, they were packing up to leave. I also missed the storming of the Dail by the Fig Roll lads but others managed to snap them about town.
