I’ve been quiet here as I’ve been working on Michael D’s Presidential election campaign. I’m going to do a post with some of my favourite photographs from the campaign, but in the meantime I spotted this on the coat rail in the count centre, as well as a pic of Michael D and his wife Sabina taken at the count last night. First we had grape hyacinths, now we have bluebells, nothing is as beautiful as Spring

For some of us the snow was washed away recently, so apologies if you don’t want to be reminded but I’ve more snow posts to come, blame it on the Christmas boogie!

I’m a big kid when it comes to snow – cold and wet feet aside. I think we were depraved deprived (eek) of real snow as kids and it has left a scar

I haven’t really had a chance to get out and about and take pics. So this lot is literally taken to and from work, which was, as those of you in Dublin will know, mad this evening (Wednesday). I was lucky and walked from work into town to get the Luas and walked from the Four Courts to Stoneybatter. Some people had a really awful time getting home and I hope at this stage for them it is all a distant memory.

I’m sure I’ll be sick of the snow soon, and I’m sure I won’t like the gas bill but hey Dublin’s all pretty.

On Friday I had a thought that I tweeted about people taking a pic at 10.10am, today Sunday the 1oth of October the 10th month of 2010. After an initial hiccup about the day (I thought it was Saturday) and another with the hashtag! (Gah to impatient tweeting) people responded with lots and lots of pics, so here they are.
